I am a passionate, committed, and hard-working certified Cognitive behavioral Therapist (CBT) counselor who will tailor therapy sessions to your specific needs. With my specialization in CBT and mindfulness, my work allows me to work integratively with patients.
My aim, is to reduce my patient’s psychological distress and enhance their overall mental well-being through both short- and long-term sessions.
Therapy, to me, means being seen, understood, and heard. By being able to be vulnerable on your darkest days, sharing what you have been carrying on your shoulders for a long time, and confronting your feelings, to then stand up for yourself. And slowly building resilience and finding a positive way back into your routine and daily life. This is therapy for me.
Working at a previous counseling center and now in private practice, my specialization focuses on a wide range of anxieties, as well as burnout (ex., work or university life), depression, life crises, grief, and loss. My space is nonjudgmental, empathetic, safe, and trustworthy. I am open to all ages, cultures, nationalities, thoughts, statuses, and whatever may be brought into therapy.
I offer therapy sessions in English and German.

What is CBT?
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a type of talking therapy that can help alleviate your difficulties and problems. CBT is based on your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and actions, by changing negative patterns to positive patterns.
Unlike some other talking treatments, CBT deals with your current problems rather than always focusing on your past.
- Great for short- and long-term clients, as goals are tailored to your needs.
- CBT has been shown to be effective in a wide range of psychological disorders from panic disorders, phobias, to PTSD, OCD, sleep problems, or addiction.
- Long-term health conditions (irritable bowel syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome, or chronic pain) have been found effective with CBT as it helps reduce stress, anxiety, and you make a plan with your therapist for daily life and pain management.
